Seeking a nanny job

Hello, my name is Nori.
I came to Vancouver in May 2025 for a Co-op study program.

I have over 11 years of experience working as a childcare teacher in Japan, and I also have 1.5 years of experience working at a Japanese preschool in Vancouver. Most of my experience has been as a lead teacher for preschool classes, and for the past two years, I have also worked as an assistant director.

I came to Vancouver with the goal of transferring my childcare license to become an ECE and work in child-related fields. I have already completed the transfer and hold the BC ECE Basic certificate.

Since December 2025, I have been attending a new school. Due to my school schedule (Monday to Thursday, from 5:00 PM), my availability for babysitting is limited. However, I would be very happy to spend time with children and support parents in any way I can.

I hold a BC driver’s license, but I do not own a car. I am based in Vancouver, so I would prefer locations accessible by SkyTrain or bus.
