I have approximately 10 years of experience as a childcare professional in Japan, supporting children’s growth and development. I believe every child has their own unique personality, and I always focus on creating a safe, comfortable, and positive environment where children feel happy and valued.

I have experience caring for toddlers, including working as a lead teacher for a 2-year-old class, as well as leading an English program. I enjoy planning activities through play and supporting children’s curiosity and confidence.
